Privacy Policy

How our creative studio collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us.

  1. 1. Introduction

Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how our creative agency collects, uses, and protects the information you share when visiting our website or working with us on a project.

  2. 2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company details, and project briefs submitted through our contact form. That form sends what you write to us as an email and stores nothing on this website — there is no database here holding your enquiry.

Separately, we collect aggregate analytics about which pages are read — see "Cookies & Analytics" below for exactly what that covers and what it does not.

  3. 3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver creative work, send relevant updates, and improve our services. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

  4. 4. Cookies & Analytics

This site sets no cookies. It stores nothing on your device, and there is no consent banner to dismiss because there is nothing to consent to.

We do measure which pages are read, using Umami — a privacy-focused analytics service that works without cookies and without any identifier that follows you between sites. It records the page visited, the referring site, and coarse details your browser sends anyway: approximate country, device type and browser. Your IP address is processed to derive that country and to group requests into a single visit, and is not stored. We build no profile of you, and we cannot identify you from this data.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we record nothing at all. Analytics data is retained for six months and is never sold or shared for advertising.

  5. 5. Data Sharing & Storage

We rely on three service providers to run this site: a hosting provider, Umami for analytics, and Resend to deliver the contact form. They process data only on our instructions and only as far as their service requires.

Resend is worth being specific about, because your enquiry passes through it. Emails are dispatched from Ireland, but Resend stores delivery logs and message metadata in the United States, and those logs hold the content of what you sent for 30 days before being deleted. After that, your enquiry exists only in our own inbox.

Everything else is kept no longer than needed: analytics for six months, and project correspondence for as long as our working relationship and our records require.

  6. 6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, simply reach out to us and we will respond promptly.

  7. 7. Contact

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your data, please contact us at hello@ambratic.com. We may revise this policy from time to time, and updates will be posted on this page.
